The Scooter was restored by the Viceroy mark spacialist some years ago. Everything works. I've fitted new batteries and had the starter motor reconditioned. Send me a message or your very welcome to come and view. My lovely Viceroy I've owned and enjoyed for a couple of years. I've decided to down size my collection. I've used the Viceroy for VMCC runs and lovey rides up the coast for tea, cake and chips. It has minimag ignition, runs well and having electric start is very easy to ride.
