Beautiful condition MGB roadster for sale.
I am listing on behalf of the widow of a close friend of mine from the local MG owners club.
This car is very well known within the club; I personally know the last six owners.
It is a matching numbers 1971 MGB with overdrive and servo assisted brakes.
The paintwork is in beautiful condition, and better than most MGB's.
The engine and gearbox were both rebuilt about 10 years ago, with a mild cam and bored to 1850cc (from memory). Electronic ignition and K&N air filters fitted. Suspension has been lowered slightly for a sporty ride.
It has a very recently fitted bespoke black leather interior with matching (to the paint) red piping, including the door cards. It also has fitted a mohair hood, a tonnau cover and a roll over bar.
It has been maintained to a high level and the underside is as shiny as the top!
Due to the owner being ill before passing it has been used very little in the last few years, but a service is all it is likely to need. It has a new battery and starts straight away. Drives well.
