Description
1972 MKIII Interceptor RHD with 10, 300 Original Miles. Apparently, someone tried to smuggle drugs into the U. S. in it and it was impounded during what would have been the prime of its life (!).
In great shape. No rust. Lovely interior. Resprayed yellow years ago (originally Reef Blue) and the exhaust and carb have been replaced (Holley 4160). The exhaust and parts of the tool kit were stolen while in storage. Otherwise, this car is a time capsule. The exhaust has been replaced. See pics of the tool kit and jack. Steering rack and transmission have been rebuilt due to leaks, timing gears replaced with steel, a/ c compressor was rebuilt years ago, but a/ c does not work, newer tires. Starts right up and runs great.
Clean United States title and I can drive it to Baltimore harbor for you and leave it with an exporter. Take advantage of the current lull in Interceptor prices. $39, 000 (29, 500 GBP) obo. 128/ 8031 - Someone needs to repatriate this beauty!
