First registered 1st October 1988 - This is the hard dash variant with front and rear electric windows, electric sunroof (fully working), ice cold air conditioning, 4x Cooper Discoverer A/ T 3 tyres with a huge amount of tread.
Starts, drives and stops absolutely perfectly - on the button.
Always dry stored, regularly washed & polished - a truly well preserved vehicle which has been maintained regardless of cost for many many years. I've kept the battery on trickle charge and this car has never ever let me down.
The only non OEM feature is the DAB / Bluetooth radio that has been installed before my ownership.
I have decided to sell due to having 'scratched the itch' and would like to buy a 2 seater classic convertible.
In the interest of honestly, there are a couple of marks on the paintwork, which is as to be expected for the year! There is also a slight crack in the perspex at the bottom of the speedo (one of those jobs I’ve been meaning to get round to). The mileage discrepancy you’ll see on the MOT history is due to 2x speedo drive replacements over the years, resetting the mileage to 0 both times (this is fully documented within the paperwork).
