For sale is my much loved Porsche 944. Anthracite grey with oxblood leather interior.
A fine example of an Iconic 80s sports classic.
Owned for 18 months and now sadly selling as I have 2 other classics.
Historically pampered, this car is in great shape having been garaged for 13 years before I bought it and for the first 9 months by myself. Now kept under a breathable cover as don't have room inside.
Recent paintwork revival as was looking tired in places, but solid. And I had the notorious jacking point re welded for strength for last years MOT along with new droplinks - New MOT (12/ 09/ 24) with no advisories.
Clean inside and out, all works as it should as has been very well looked after and barerly driven recently.
Bought from an Enthusiast who meticulously maintained documented and garaged for the last 13 years. I don’t have the same time, skill or space for it.
In my 18 months I've done - The front and rear quick shift gear links (from U. S)- paintwork uplifted inc’ tele-dial wheels. Replaced inner/ outer front drop links and bushes, welding of notorious jacking point, new fuel line pump link.
Just Breezed MOT with no advisories and will be exempt in under 2 years.
Still on the to do list- slight steering link play- (U- joint - part widely available and inexpensive to sort) - not essential but I wanted to do it anyway. Aircon spindle seal - Was like that when I bought and didnt consider it too important so went to bottom. Crack in lower front spot lense and Horn low tone.
These are factored in. I have loved owning this car and it gets quite a bit of attention due to its unique iconic lines. Ill be sad to see it go. Insired to buy one as my dad had a few of this when we were growing up and getting into the little rear seats was one of many fond memories.
I looked at quite a few and had and gained idea of what to look at, so so when this came up it was exactly what I was looking for.
