Chevrolet Corvette Coupe - 1966
In excellent condition and rarer than the Convertibles.
Finished in the original Tuxedo Black with a Silver interior. She has the original matching numbers 327ci 300HP engine, desirable 4 speed manual gearbox and a Positraction lsd rear axle. Factory side exhausts, top tinted windscreen and power steering. Air Conditioning, electric cooling fan, new 'knock off' wheels and new tyres. Recent full service and ready to cruise.
All of the bonding strips are in place, meaning no accident damage over the years.
She drives really well and has plently of power. In my opinion these 'small block' C2 coupes' are the pick of the bunch - the best looking and best balanced of the classic 'Vettes. This is my third Corvette having owned a C1 and Big Block C3. I bought her from a Corvette specialist dealer in the US and then imported the car into Australia. A modern Vintage Air air conditioning system has been installed and will keep you nice and cool. Brand new 'knock-off' alloy wheels with new Goodrich RedLine tyres have been fitted.
She has also had a complete brake upgrade with a dual circuit master cylinder, 4 new brake callipers, all new hard lines, new hoses and brake pads. Plus, new rear suspension strut rods, rear shock mounts, front control arm bushes, full engine service with new oil and filters, new oil pan gasket etc. etc.
Essentially, whatever my Corvette has needed - it's received it.
Please ignore the mileage reading here. On a car that is now 58 years old, I can't be sure of how many miles she's done, but she's ready for a lot more...
