Thank you for looking at my lovely Honda NTV 650 I have advertised it for two weeks to see if there is any interest and if not, I will simply keep it until I get the inclination to ride again.
I had been looking for some time or a very good condition Revere 600 as I had one when I passed my test all those years ago. I came across this 1993 NTV 650 that was still with the original owner and only covered 16, 265 miles from new that was in lovely original condition as you can see from the pictures.
These bikes were the choice of the despatch rider back in the day as they were economical reliable V-Twin with shaft drive, backed up with the Honda build quality and capable of high mileage, as a result very few are still available with this mileage and condition.
I purchased the bike in February 2021 and have only covered 265 miles since so as you can see it’s not getting used. I replaced the front tyre initially and last year the plugs, oil & filter, Air filter, fuel filter and coolant. I also ordered a new rear rack that had to be made in New Zealand to order as none were available in the UK. The Bike has also been “Data Tagged” from new.
The bike is currently sorn and without MOT as it expired last year without being ridden the previous 12 months so didn’t renew it. Everything works as I start it periodically and have full confidence it would fly through the MOT, it really just needs to be ridden. I will arrange the MOT if the asking price is met, or we could negotiate a little.
Being Really honest, the very slight negatives are the forks could do with a polish or paint as seen in the pictures as the aluminium has tarnished a little as they do over time. The rear tyre is aged but still legal and in very good condition with no sign of deterioration as it’s always been kept in a garage. More recently the radiator fan didn’t kick in although when you put a direct feed to it that works so its just finding the fault possibly cleaning a wiring connection due to its lack of use, but I keep putting it off for another weekend but there’s always something more pressing with never enough time as I’m sure you can relate to.

The price I feel reflects the original condition, £1995 with 12 months MOT, or offers.
