Cool Cool, very unusual early Chevy van. 2nd Generation Chevy van in from Arkansas via North Dakota. Runs and drives but has oil leak from front crank seal. All EU import taxes paid but not yet registered. Selling because I've just bought a house which needs more work than expected and needs sorting before winter (damp!). So no time to work on this van - or the red 1965 Dodge A100. But would trade either for a sorted, running 40+ year old van as I'm into American vans.
Great cool head turning cruiser when engine sorted. I have a 1976 Chevy 350 V8 which would honestly be a better engine than the existing 305. Solid body and frame rails. Door shut great, no rust in doors, window openings, roof, gutters, etc. Rust in rockers (sills) however but have a cut out panel to replace one Rest is easily patchable. Has some very cool features like roof ladder, rear half roof rack and 'Venturi Vent' roof vent (these go for near $1000 alone in the US). Choice of 14 inch original 70's chrome Camaro Rallye wheels with Corvette centre caps and trim rings with white letter tyres or 15 inch steel grey Rallye wheels with Corvette centre caps and trim rings and thin white wall tyres. New windshield. Rest of glass is good. New shocks, brakes, fuel tank, Runs fine with no knocks, clonks, bonks or grumbles from the wheel bearings or steering. All panelled out inside. Does need the green interior doing to whatever level you want to and possibly wiring. Has a period graphic equaliser (Which probably no longer works!)
