FSH with Lexus since 2004 until present time having just been taken off the Lexus Service Plan. I was with my Dad when he bought the IS from the then Langage Lexus Sales Garage in Plympton, Devon, in 2004. My Dad kept it with Lexus Hedge End as he lived in Gosport and looked after the car so well I decided to buy it off him in February 2020. Every receipt & invoice has been kept within folders and held in date order, nil advisories on the cars last MOT. 3 keys plus the grey service key, all information books and magazines from its day. The sale will include a Lexus watch. Interior and bodywork is in good condition, a very reliable and much loved car looking for a new home. Aircon, Cruise Control, Digital Radio , heated seats, automatic. Only negatives, cd player does not work, but tape & original radio work well with telephone/ digital radio fitted through the original system. Fuel gauge works but I tend to use the mileage counter as the gauge drops to a certain point and holds, I have replaced the float but it might be a slightly corroded wire controlling the main binnacle reader, I am still investigating. A new Lexus Sun Roof has been fitted, a recording camera is fitted to the front. Lots of books & magazines. Fitted colour coded reversing sensors. A very much loved family car with great memories & photos but I feel the time is right to move the Lexus (affectionately known as Leonard) onto a new home.
