My son bought this car in Jan for £4295 from Sam Goodwin mx-5 specialists, but has hardly driven as he’s realised he’s too tall for it (6’3 - he mistakenly thought the seats could be lowered).
This does seem to be one of the few mk2’s around in genuinely mint condition, restored & renovated by previous owner to an extremely high standard (looks new) - with many new parts and a 6 speed gearbox.
Engine bay is extremely clean, and the interior is in lovely condition too - finished in the Nevada blue/ black leather trim.
We’ve just had the car serviced and mot’d (12 months).
Only thing I’ve noticed that doesn't work is the cd player (radio is fine).
New battery, nearly new tyres. It’s a great looking car, in fabulous condition for the age (21 years) - my son was completely in love with it, but as a tall person the visibility out the front is too much of of a struggle for him to drive safely.
