here we have my 1980 c3
have owned now for 18 months and loved it to bits
been doing a fair few miles recently and now a very reliable car, had an MOT put on it even though exempt, just for safety
does obviously have a few niggly bits as it will do for a car of this age
paint has slight blistering in some areas but cant really tell unless you get up close
headlights need putting up and down manually as there is the standard vac issue
fuel gauge is not working, requires a new sender unit. its never bothered me as i just fill it every time i use it.
carpet on the drivers side is a little worn, could do with replacing
over the past year i have fitted 4 new tyres
had a new power steering control valve fitted with various steering bushes also replaced
been serviced 3 months ago. New oil, oil filter, air filter and all spark plugs replaced
had a full headers back custom stainless exhaust fitted which you can see in the picture when its up on the ramp, really sets the car off and sounds perfect (not too loud)
only thing is that the new exhaust has melted the speedo wire so that will need replacing
brakes have loads of life left, but comes with a full set of EBC discs and pads
