1959 Royal Enfield Clipper, registered as Historic, V5c present, (no tax or test). Recent new clutch and easy clutch device fitted, (lightens clutch lever action). In vgc for it’s age, good chrome and paint work, ( some age related imperfections). Runs and rides very well, with good strong engine and transmission, it’s a comfortable bike to ride. Very good parts supply available. Fitted with a period craven rack and lockable aluminium top case, main and side stands, bar end mirror, also included in the sale are a 1950’s Avon handle bar fairing, owners handbook, service manual and parts book, 2 keys and history file. Should this be your first foray into the world of classic British bikes, or you are a prone, like myself, to the N+1 syndrome, this light weight 250 from Royal Enfield, is a very good staring point or addition to your collection. In the spirit of 1950’s motorcycling, It is a pleasure to ride and easy to work on when needed.
