After a comprehensive 12-month renovation, unfortunately, due to a change in circumstances, my beautiful Series 3 is looking for a new keeper. Built in 1972, she is a very early example. Widely admired, she happily drives at 65 mph all day. You will be hard pressed to find a better example.
Invoices confirm all my completed works as listed below that add up to £8210. In addition, I have receipts for £12364 from 2018 that confirm the previous keeper completed a gearbox overhaul, added power steering, leather interior, and various other minor updates.
My restoration work was carried out by a LR specialist in the North of Scotland where I used to live. With favourable labour rates, I didn't cut any corners as I thought she was my forever LR. After completing repairs listed below, I drove her 500+ miles south without any problems to our new home in Devon, UK.
