Description
Riley Nine Monaco 4 door saloon, repainted sometime after 2017 prior to my ownership, has a good shine to it and no rust evident.
The bodywork is all metal, some of the earlier ones had a fabric roof.
The engine runs nice with good oil pressure The seats have been retrimmed in black leather, the door cards are the original green ones. The headlining has rotted in places and needs attention .
When I got the car someone had cobbled sealed beam units into the headlamps, I obtained some proper Rotax reflectors and had them resilvered , I also have new lenses and spiders for the headlamps, but not got round to putting them back together. There is also an Alternator conversion which bolts on the front of the engine in place of the Dynamo. The car lost its original registration number prior to my ownership, Inhave a V5 in my name. One of the photos I found on the internet when it obviously had its original registration.
Selling as I haven’t got round to doing the small jobs it needs despite owning it for over 2 years. Tyres are good with the rear ones looking new, the battery also looks fairly new and holds a good charge.
