1980 silver Austin Mini 1100 special, very rare and limited two year production of British Leylands finest fully loaded mini off of the production line, (“never has there been so much in so little”) caption used to sell this car in its short production run. Black vinyl roof, glass pop-up sunroof all fitted as standard. Only mini to have a fitted cigarette lighter ! Excellent condition throughout, restored from the ground upwards to the highest standard by well known mini specialist and by the last owner, 15 years ago, 100% to the original standard. All the BL standard features are present to this model, restored alloy exacton wheels, new tyres and brakes, overhauled carburettor SU service parts, cylinder head converted to unleaded, guides seats and seals, all service parts used original Unipart, new exhaust, runs really nice. Interior very nice in a light blue check pattern with black carpets and mats all in very nice condition. Underneath, subframes, mountings and suspension units all renewed or refurbished. Overall an excellent order. The car has been registered as a 40 year tax exempt, MOT exempt vehicle. Probably is the finest example in the country.
