Description
would love to start this advert by saying something like ‘ this is unique opportunity to get your hands on a marvellous one owner (who was a vicar)from new low mileage barn find fiesta’ however I can’t because this really isn’t that!
The previous owner who knows I buy classic cars caught me at a moment of weakness as he had a ‘lovely little modern classic for sale’ and as it was local I thought id take a look.
He’d bought it for his son to learn to drive in and he’d moved on to a modern car so this had been sat collecting dust and rust for the last 6 months.
I got the car back and gave it a wash and to be honest it’s not too bad , over all the body work is good for one of these , there’s a few dents here and there (or patina if you’re a salesperson) and you guessed it it has some rust (shocking to think a ford could rust! ), the rust appears to be the sills both sides and some on the lower wheel arches.
Now being the nice guy I am , I paid way too much for car and in all honesty it’s just going to sit in my shed as I’ll never get around to doing it .
I think the car is well worth saving though as it drives well , engine runs well , nice gear change and the interior is in great condition, it just needs a little time spent on it.
With a few weekends work it could be on the road either as a daily or save it for the shows.
The car hasn’t been inspected, you are welcome to come and have a good look at the car.
It isn’t MOT’d and would need to be trailered away (we can possibly assist with this)
Please don’t bombard me with requests for pictures/ videos of the car , just come and have a look at it.
