Description

Willys Hotchkiss M201 Jeep . Manufactured Dec 1962.. First registered in the UK Nov 2004. V5 present and in my name. historic vehicle tax, 3 year body off refurbishment including complete engine rebuild, new clutch, gearbox new bearings and synchro’s, new brakes and master cylinder. Bar Grips. Steering tight with no play, 24 volt. Electric Wipers. Re-spray, strip down and repaint using 5 litres red oxide and olive drab. Hundreds spend replacing missing or incorrect parts. The vehicle has been Americanised - Non essential holes welded up, foot starter, US style black out light, Willys data plates, axe & spade, British jerry can. Good canvas seats and top.
No unit marking so can be marked up as you wish.
Lots more photos and info on request, great investment potential. Collection only. Since first reg in the UK, has spent all its life in Somerset, I acquired the vehicle in July 2021 and have spent 3 years stripping it down and refurbishing it to its current standard.
