> Fire Safety Stick 100 fitted (had planned on a track day, but that never happened)
> Just done an oil and filter change so all good for another year
“The honest bit”:
> Paint is single stage (OEM) and fades much quicker than newer clear coats. I’ve not polished the life out of the paint as it’s easy to overdo it. Paint defects/ touchups in a couple of places but no major rust! I keep it clean and waxed to protect what’s there
> Signs of a previous repair behind drivers door (sill) but a good repair in very good condition
> Dents, sinks and chips in various areas. Not a concours car for sure…
> Alloys have taken the odd kerb/ knock, generally in keeping with the age/ intended use of the car
> AC fitted and runs, but not blowing cold
> Steering gator split (noted on mot)
All in, this is a nice car with room for improvement- it could be an outstanding track car, a nice weekend motor to enjoy or with a bit of love this could really be something special.
Odometer showing 156k with a mix of km and miles. I’ve done around 1500 miles in the year and a bit of ownership, but I need something with more seats due to work and family responsibilities.
