Well my excitement at getting my hands on this rather rare (in the UK) XL350R has turned sour as I realise my wonky ankle will not put up with kick-starting this bike. Serves me right for falling off motorbikes and breaking legs! So, I am putting it up for sale.
I am asking £2850, which is what I paid for it but note I have just given it a service and put new tubes and Continental tyres on, so £250 out of pocket.
It's a 1986 bike in great condition, original paint and no damage to tank or plastics. Imported from France in 2019. Has done 20, 132 miles though speedo is in Km.
Runs great and has plenty of grunt. All electrics etc working fine and switchgear in good condition as well. Nice suspension set up and seat is super comfortable which I wasn't expecting. Also has new chain and sprockets fitted.
