Crank Standard size Balanced at cost of £558 new shells and superblend bearings Standard rods. 60 psi oil pressure relief valve. Standard Cam
Head lightly ported new valves, springs and guides. 2 new 32mm Concentrics
Rebuilt Magneto.
Gearbox Norton 4speed
Clutch Norton with new plates and crush rubbers
Frame/ Swinging arm. Slimline powder coated. Central oil tank. New seat
Forks Rebuilt with new staunchions and swan neck clip-ons. Manx fly screen
Front wheel Rebuilt with WM2 19” alloy rim Scrubbed Avon Race Tyre new inner tube
Brake fitted air scoops oversize linings machined to fit
Rear Wheel Rebuilt with WM3 19” alloy rim Scrubbed Avon Race Tyre new inner tube New brake shoes
I have new chains and cables new oil filter kit , full gasket set. All that’s needed to finish is a fuel tank and primary chain cover and Rev counter
I have been building this as a track/ race bike not over tuned but a nice smooth engine with lots of torque. As a track bike I was never going to register it so no V5 , but I do have the nova No As a retired toolmaker I have made lots of parts in my own machine shop. This was to be my last track bike but at 78 I’ve realised that ship has sailed. It stands me at over 5K and I really don’t want to break it.
