Ranger Rover L322 Facelift 4. 4 TDV8 WESTMINSTER
Registered 30th JULY 2012 makes this close to the last cars off the line of this stunning marque.
This car sports the classic colour combination of Orkney Grey with Ivory hide, finished with Piano black trims,
which gives it such a contemporary look, With the clear windows and being sat proudly on the "Style 17" wheels, gives it an air of grace and style rarely seen these days.
This is a truly unmolested car and is as it left the showroom.
It is in excellent condition and I have maintained it to a very high standard,
I put it straight into Land Rover main dealer, to give it a thorough check over when I bought it, and have followed their advice on all the cars requirements. And as you know main dealers are very stringent!
whatever was needed, was done, no questions.
The usual trouble spots have been addressed;
1/ Rust under rear arches, there was a little corrosion creeping in so we cleared the rust, treated and undersealed.
2/ lower tailgate restraining cables replaced.
3/ Starter button clicking, new battery fitted 2 months ago, solved. also wax-oiled the battery tray and surrounding area. very clean.
4/ Engine oil cooler replaced by Land Rover 2023.
5/ EGR valves checked out OK
6/ Well known RR favorite! upper tailgate rusts out, this was addressed as soon as i got it, to prevent this happening.
7/ Under front screen scuttle and sunroof drains cleaned, the car is totally dry inside.
8/ Sunroof works perfectly, and seals dry.
It has been checked over by Land Rover regularly and all works were completed during my ownership,
You need to be brave to send a 10 plus year old car back to the main dealer for a complete health check, and we have got almost all green ticks in the last three years running! very rare apparently!
Main dealer annual services have been done by the book, A large comprehensive file comes with the car, listing its history, invoices, MOT history and HPI check;

Recent MOT (march)
Being a Westminster it has double glazed windows, Heated and Air Cooled front seats, heated rear seats, heated steering wheel, voice recognition, TFT screen dash and split screen TV, just to mention a few features.
This is fully loaded and there are no blanks where any buttons should be !
Lovely silver Range Rover inlays in the piano black door trims, and illuminated Range Rover letters in the door sills. the cabin night lighting is very special with hidden mood lights, do not fear! no nasty coloured LED's, As with everything in this car it is very tasteful.
This particular car comes with a full set of Range Rover carpets and all weather rubber mats, fore and aft, also a rubber load liner that can hold a small lake ! the cars carpets underneath have never seen a shoe by the look of it.
I did get Land Rover to supply and program a fob for the auto aux heater, this means in the winter you just blip it from the bedroom window and it heats up the car before you get to it, I believe it even warms the seats, screen & steering wheel. I never got to try it, but suspect the aux diesel heater needs a new pump!
With only 3 previous owners and a full service history the drive train is still very tight and there are no clunks or whines, the cabin is silent and it drives like new, It always starts on the button and I have full confidence in its capabilities, I like to think I have gone as far as I can to have futureproofed this car, I am a collector and look after all of my cars.
Mostly this car gives you a feeling of safety and security like no other, you just know you are going to get to your destination whatever the elements throw at you, and even the dreaded traffic jam is almost a pleasure !
Low mileage ! just over the 100k, If 15k per annum is average mileage ! we are 80k under average.

The Bad Bits;
1/ The last MOT advised a couple tyres worn, these are only worn on the shoulders due to the tight turning circle, they still have 5ml deep tread, not worth changing yet.
2/ small crack on passenger door mirror cover.
3/ few small stone chips on front bumper, touched in.
4/ very slight scuff in OSR C pillar, like a 3 inch long pen mark.
5/ wheels have signs of kerbing, but had local repairs
6/ small scratch on drivers door, may polish out. Recent works carried out;
This week, Service with Air/ Con service. new OSR door lock. £1100.
June, New battery. £223.
2023 Major service last year inc oil cooler. £840. (Oil Cooler leaked so LR replaced it under warranty.)
2022 Service inc A/ C service, all brakes and discs.£1650.

I have been brutally honest with my description to avoid you wasting your and my time.
apart from a few age related marks on a 12 year old car, I feel it is worth more like £22k. one with 50k odd lower mileage sold for £32k a couple weeks ago on Car and Classic.
