Work carried out by the previous owner in 2020. It is a very solid car with no signs of rust and extensive rustproofing. The A and B posts have been repaired, new sills fitted, new front wings and rear boot corners/ lower wing sections. Doors and boot lid are excellent, bonnet has been filled in places. Interior is very good, Mechanically, much work has been done and includes: Engine re-build including bores honed, new rings and shell bearings all round also all seals replaced - starts well and runs smoothly with plenty of power. Clutch renewed with master and slave cylinders overhauled. Gearbox cleaned and checked with new oil seals and oil. Brakes stripped, callipers overhauled, new copper lines and new flexis, new master cylinder, discs and pads Cooling system - aluminium radiator, new water pump and new hoses all round. Suspension stripped and cleaned, new bushes all round, new rear springs, front wheel bearings, roll bar bushes and drop links New stainless grill, inertia seat belts and much more, electronic ignition fitted and Motolita steering wheel. The car drives really well. The paint finish is good but not perfect and the panel fit is likewise - I've tried to show this in the pictures; which makes this a solid, rust-free, summer run-about; not a concours winner! Since then I have replaced the roof, fuel tank and rubber fuel pipes. 5 new tyres have been fitted, New battery and starter motor. Finally the head has just been converted to run on lead-free fuel. Also comes with full and half tonneau covers.
