Manual 2005 Mk5 golf Gti. Full heated leather interior. 86, 500 miles (will rise as in constant use). Great condition. No rust. It has been well loved by me and the previous owner. Mechanically sound and cam belt/ follower done last year (unfortunately have no proof of this but was done by a specialist). It hasn’t ever let me down, I’ve been using it for longer journeys up and down the motorway so hasn’t been used much around town. I need something more fuel efficient.
Couple of minor issues:
Drivers door lock doesn’t work on the remote (need to use the key) but the rest of them function just fine
Headliner sagging (very common issue with these cars)
Very small hole in passenger seat.
Otherwise a fantastic car. Pulls perfectly in every gear and feels like it’s new. A truly great car to drive. It’s completely standard apart from some window tints and some wind deflectors fitted by the previous owner. Sensible offers considered. Please don’t waste my time with silly offers.
