Condition.
Considerable effort has been made to make the car mechanically sound and all major issues that affect some of these cars have been addressed. Bodywork is in very good condition with no damage or rust. Paintwork, being red, needs regular attention to keep it looking good, but it still has original paint and looks good after a wash and polish. GTechniq C1 coating applied.
All original except alloy wheels and radio which were stolen in London.
Issues
Air con needs re-gassed, leather front seats have been patched but otherwise fully functional and comfortable. Paint is very thin in places, especially on edges of bodywork. Above all I was initially attracted by the looks. The body shape is just so streamline and classy. Also, in Red, it looks stunning. The car drives so effortlessly and holds the road like a sports car yet it is very comfortable on a long journey. I have owned the car for 23 years and spent the last 3 years restoring it to be mechanically sound. When driving there are always many admirers which makes it extra special to drive.
