For sale is my low mileage MK1 Eunos V-Special Roadster, in excellent overall condition with genuine low mileage of 52k. Car is in perfect working order, with a long MOT till April 2025. No rust or corrosion anywhere on the sill or arches. All the original spot welds on rear arches are still present and car has never been welded or modified.
This Eunos model came with lots of special features from factory including power-steering, air-conditioning, a V-Limited Slip Differential, electric aerial etc. Car looks fantastic with its British Racing Green bodywork contrasting with the classic tan leather interior.
The exterior bodywork is absolutely solid with only a few minor age related marks. The green colour is deep with no lacquer peel that is a common issue. Come with part service history, lots of paperwork including old MOTs. It has been regularly serviced, with fresh fluids (oil, coolant, brake fluid flush). The clutch slave and master cylinders were also replaced due to wear around 7mths ago. The engine bay is clean and tidy, very original with no after-market modifications.
Interior is in exceptional condition, with a Nardi wooden steering and the tan seats also have no rips or other damage which is rare to find. The electric door windows were serviced a couple of months ago and now are in perfect working order, without the common issue of slowly sliding up and down. A wind deflector is fitted behind the seats, which folds down and provides extra parcel storage.
I recently took the car on road trip to Wales and it performed perfectly. The rev counter idles correctly, the oil pressure holds in the correct range and the temperature gauge stable even after hours of driving at all speeds. The gear changes feel sharp and precise; the car is a joy to drive giving a great feel of the road.
The soft top roof is mohair and has the premium heated glass window for better visibility. I do also have a colour coded matching hard-top available for sale separately (£500) if the new buyer is interested in this. The hardtop also has the premium heated rear-screen.
Overall, this is a very original and solid example of a MK1 V-Special with low mileage and desirable colour combination. It is ready to drive and be enjoyed. Any inspection welcome. Please contact to arrange viewing.
