1929 AJS Special. Fully rebuilt Coventry climax engine with 4 speed gear box. New crown wheel and pinion, Blockley tyres. Runs well and is an interesting talking point.
Spares to be included in sale are -
Three speed gear box, new original ratio crown wheel, new half shafts, some engine parts, road springs and more.
Also included a complete and good condition Triumph (Coventry climax) inlet over exhaust engine and gearbox with all ancillary parts. These could easily be fitted (engine shares block and mounting points of fitted side valve engine). to make this pretty little car an effective competitor on the hills.
