Some points of consideration:
* Captain chairs could do with being re-upholstered
* The interior is the original décor (could be modernised quite easily by someone who has the time)
* At some point (prior to our family owning the RV), there has been some water ingress (not happening now – due to recent repair of roof with new rubber roof coating), which has affected a small area of panelling in the main cabin area and in the rear bedroom (we just never got around to making the repairs).
* One of the interior 240v / 12v light fittings in the main cabin area needs replacing (this is the fitting as the press on / off button has failed)
* Age related marks to body work etc
* Access ladder at rear has not been tested (whenever I have needed to go on the roof, I have used a normal ladder)
* Generator (working) may need servicing but only covered just over 300 hours (we have never really used due to hook up options on campsites we have used etc)
* Some exterior rubber window seals could do with being replaced
Other
Ideally, we would really like this vehicle to go to someone / a family who can get the most out of it. As a family we have had some great times travelling to places such as Scotland, Orkney, the Yorkshire Coast, the Lincolnshire Coast and various places in the midlands, but as our children are now getting older, and with ever increasing work commitments, we are not using it as much.
