Amilcar CGS3 from 1924 in very original condition.
-Totally original bodywork
-Originally sold in Spain
-Runing with spain car registration.

-New tyres. This unit seems to have spent its entire existence in Spain, and even today it retains an old original license plate from La Coruña. It has never been extensively restored, but over time its owners have kept it in operation. There are photos of the car in the 60s and 80s, as you can see in the gallery. Its current owner acquired it about 4 years ago and has carried out several works to restore its original appearance, maintaining that incredible patina that the car has preserved to this day.
BODYWORK
It has its original factory body type CGS3, that is, the version with 3 seats. Its entire internal wooden structure and exterior veneer are original, something very difficult to find in Amilcars today. It has flaws that can be seen in the photos, and a nice patina. The grille has been restored and has recently received a chrome plating. The headlights and pilot lights have low consumption LED bulbs.
MECHANICS
It was restored several years ago and remains in operation. Starts very well and sounds great. It has even preserved the "free exhaust" system that is operated from the inside. The gear change works really well, the speeds come in without scratching. The current owner has installed a new 12 volt electrical installation. A new starter has been installed, the valves have been adjusted, the brakes adjusted and the carburetor cleaned, among others. It has a non-original alternator installed that does not work. The rims have been restored and 4 new Michelin Classic tires have been fitted. It has a recently obtained valid MOT.
INSIDE
It has been restored by the current owner. The upholstery was in very poor condition, so it has been reupholstered in black leather like the original. The dashboard has been completely redone, and now has the correct shape and all of its gauges, although all of them are currently disconnected. The steering wheel has also been restored. The upholstery that surrounds the cabin around the body is original.
