Description
1972 DUCATI 450 Desmo with only 2 owners, bought in 1976 the bike has been maintained by Jacques BOLLON from Saint Jean Moto. The bike has been prepared for circuit racing and hill climbs. The sleeve and piston come from a 900SS, the original camshaft has been replaced by an A. C. racing desmo (very rare) and the carburettor replaced by a 32A Dellorto PHF. After a few years the engine was completely rebuilt: electronic ignition, racing connecting rod and crankshaft lightened and balanced, high flow oil pump. The front brake is a 4 cam (2x2). Since its complete overhaul, the bike has only been used for 2 demonstrations.
