Here we have my LHD 1994 993 C2 manual which I’ve owned since 2018. It’s a German manufactured car coded 00. With extremely low mileage currently on 71k kilometres or 40k miles ish, I’m the second registered keeper, it comes with up to date Porsche Specialists service history, all mot’s, plus the books, wallet along with two keys and the full original tool kit.
The previous keeper shipped the car over to Japan to have this fantastic kit put on to it, if you are a Porsche enthusiasts you will recognise that its very very similar to the Porsche 993 GT2 in actual fact it’s the same dimensions but without the arches being riveted on they’re moulded on to the rear quarter panel and front arches along with the famously known rear spoiler. The car was then resprayed in this marvellous paint to sample Stone Grey colour in which it gets applauded every time it gets taken out, the usual rust spots by the front and rear screens was also taken care of at the same time which I have pictures of. This is a straight chassis non accident car!
The engine as far as I know is standard however it does have high performance leads so it wouldn’t surprise me if it’s been re mapped by the previous keeper especially as the exhaust system is full titanium and the Japanese definitely know how to make them as the noise has a lovely deep burble when on and off the gas but without any drone.
Moving on to the suspension it’s rolling on RUF / Bilstein fully adjustable damp coil over suspension. Words really can’t express how well this handles and eats up all road whilst delivering an ultra smooth but firm ride.
The brakes are standard but if you’ve ever driven a 993 before you instantly know they’re more than up to the job, all discs and pads have plenty of life on them.
The wheels as I’m sure you will know are the same design as the 993 GT2 but not the original magnesium items. Rubber is Michelin Sport 2’s with plenty of tread back and front and have only covered a few thousand miles from new.
As for the interior it’s has a full black leather interior including top and bottom dash the deep bolstered sport seats are also heated, along with plenty of carbon fibre goodies such as the dial surround, door cards panels, gear stick and handbrake etc. The instrument dials are in silver with the needles still showing the fluorescent type orange as they’re known to go a carrot colour when left in the sun and with age. There is a car stereo system connected to speakers in the normal positions it provides enough back ground noise on long journeys but let’s face it you don’t buy a porsche for its stereo system. It’s fully alarmed and has a tracker too.
I think that just about covers it I’m selling as I own two other Porsches, a daily along with a motor bike so it’s not getting used and should be enjoyed far more than what I can give it unfortunately. I have a stack of receipts invoices etc that I’ll hand over in the sale, it’s mot’d until January next year and will come with a fresh oil service and air con re gas.
