Very fast car with an excellent engine and gearbox. The 4. 4 Liter aluminium V8 engine which is the original engine numbers matching to the car makes a very powerful V8 engine sound. It's the Tiptronic automatic gearbox that makes it so fast. This gearbox had an oil change, service with professional automatic gearbox mechanic in 2023 and it works perfectly. Full Service history and I have sent over thirty thousand pounds (GBP) on the car since 2009 with a top rated mechanic and engineering firm. Many parts on the car have been replaced with new parts by the mechanic to name the major components replaced; all belts, radiator, water pump, alternator, all break components (callipers, disks and pads), suspension components and control arms, handbrake, radiator, fan. New battery 2023 and full exhaust renewal, Oxygen Lambda Sensors. I have every receipt. It seems that the previous owner added a new optimized crank shaft. The car has more power and torque than the standard 286 Horsepower and 420 N m Torque. The car is the last car year 1997 before VANOS was added in the 1998 model which is an advantage as the VANOS System on these car goes wrong and is expensive to fix. The bodywork in good condition but there are a few small rust spots, scratches (car priced accordingly), blemishes and minor dents. The car has a cream leather interior in very good condition with the original radio and speakers. It has four doors, huge big leather seats front and back good boot space. Everything works on the car. Wheels are four original 18 inch BMW M5 alloys. Very good tires which are all new premium tires (Continentals) with 6 mm tread. Absolute bargain at this price.
