Beautiful 1991 VW Karmann Golf Clipper in metallic capri green.
The car runs very smoothly and has been fault free throughout my time owning it. Knowing the age of the car I have undertaken some preventative maintenance.
The list includes:
-New fuel tank
-New fuel filler neck
-New fuel sender unit
-New fuel lines
-New exhaust centre silencer
-New exhaust backbox
-Fan belt and cambelt were both replaced last year (invoices for this)
-Underside has been under sealed
The car features an electric convertible roof which is still fully functioning, water tight and is in good condition for it's age. The interior is fully original and is in great condition. All dials and buttons working, aside from the digital clock on the dash, which never bothered me enough to get repaired.
The exterior of the car is largely in very good condition aside from one or two little rust bubbles near the fuel cap. This car has always been admired for its eye-catching unique style and sports the looks of one of the most iconic hot hatches. She runs beautifully and always starts first time. The electric roof has never faultered in the time I've owned the car and its perfect for summer drives but also versatile enough to take out in the winter.
