Lettuce is our very loved 1971 early bay (Westfalia), she was built in 1969 but registered in the Uk from California in 1971.
She has:
- a full cabinet built oak interior
- dual burner and sink
-Cream and beige leather upholstery
-Upgraded Red Nine adjustable front beam
-Full engine rebuild by Afonso motors VW specialists and 500 miles done since
-Lower half replay with van being taken back to metal, all work being done (including anything needed on the floor pan) phots of work available
-Porsche burner wheels
-Porsche tomb stone seats
-Maps of all her journeys on the ceiling with room for more
-Pop top with bunk
-Hydraulic brakes in front
-Upgraded EMPI gear stick
-Bad bit- one small rust bubble area near window
Lettice is a stunning van, well cared for and loved by the family. We are very sad to see her go but a new job with a commute forces our need to get a more soul-less T5!
