1963 RHD Auto Union Universal 1000. Imported from South Africa in 2017. This car is quite rare. It took me 7 years to find one. I have now owned it for 4 years and looking for a change. I would like a pre 1930 motorcycle and would consider a swap of part-exchange.
The Auto Union is a 2 door estate. The doors open from the front (often called suicide doors). It is a 3 cylinder 2 stroke engine with 3 coils and 3 sets of points.
The car is in good overall condition.
If you are interested in viewing or require more information please message me. The Auto Union was imported from South Africa in 2017 and was kept in a private collection until 2019 when I bought it.
I then recommissioned it ready for use again. I cleaned the petrol tank, carburettor and fitted new fuel lines and filter. I also gave the engine an overhaul and decoked it. A new head gasket was fitted. I have recently had a new exhaust fitted. It has Audi A3 Pepperpot alloys fitted with good tyres. The standard wheels are included in the sale.
