Description
Vintage look, sprightly engine and great fun to drive. Matching numbers car fitted with the original XPAG engine. The car starts well, runs easily and maintains good oil pressure. The desirable Brooklands aero screens are easily removable. The windscreen folds flat. The comfortable cream seats are in good condition, as is the cream tonneau cover which fits well. The interior, dashboard instruments and steering wheel are all good. Full body paint in 2011. The blue paint is bright with a few minor blemishes. Flashing indicators and side mirrors have been fitted for safety. This is a matching numbers car that was first registered in 1951 and spent most of her life in the dry dessert climate of Santa Rosa, California. Many invoices for works carried out in UK since 2011 and some previous history from US. Present owner since 2018. Only 1 previous UK registered keeper since returning to the UK. Always kept dry stored and on stands in current ownership. Used primarily to attend shows. This lovely car is in need of a new custodian. Genuine and very reluctant sale due to ill health.
