One of the last 500 built , first registered 1/ 04/ 1978 with only 4 owners, professionally converted by specialised engines ltd in 2021 to ford 3 ltr v6 engine with re-con gearbox / torque converter and new diff and radiator , fitted with weber carburettor for trouble free motoring, no more worries about stag engine overheating!, recently resprayed in original rare flamenco red , brand new tyres, new carpets, new pioneer bluetooth radio, new battery, mostly all suspension has been poly-bushed, new pads & shoes & brakes overhauled, all new rubber hood seals & door seals, mohair hood in excellent condition along with hardtop also in vgc, drives absolutely spot on you will not be disappointed,
theres lots of stags for sale but this is a good one ! maybe not for the purist but 1 you can drive without the fear of breaking downthis is my second. Stag i had one when i was 20 a mere 46 years ago now & loved it but unfortunatly i blew it up after usual in those days overheating , so i had it converted to the 3 litre ford v6 same as the one io am now selling and after that never had any more problems , family came along so had to part with it , years later i am now 66 after hiring a stag in jersey for a few days i got the bug again and i heard this one was for sale and decided to buy it about a year ago , since then done lots to it and its looking realy smart , unfortunatly the wife is not a fan any more of open top motoring so i have decided to move it on , please feel free to come view and have a drive you will not be dissapointed, more photos and video available if required
