Immaculate BMW 535i 3. 0L M Sport.

This ex-demonstrator BMW was originally owned by Sytner Nottingham. It has 2 other owners from the same family prior to my purchasing. The family ran an automotive engineering business and as you would expect this vehicle has never wanted for anything mechanically or cosmetically. Since my ownership I opted to have a full service including gearbox service using genuine BMW parts, new NGK iridium spark plugs, all oils and filters changed in 2022. Also cosmetically, over this winter, I have had the front and rear bumpers resprayed and the wheels refurbished with new Continental Sport Contact 6 tyres.

The car has been extensively serviced during its life, benefitting from new oil at every MOT and a thorough check from my mechanic when I bought it, resulting in the aforementioned extensive service. The car also comes with all paperwork, original invoice from Sytner BMW, original booklets, all MOTs, all old V5s, leather wallets, 3 keys, etc etc. You don’t get them like this anymore!

The last MOT was completely advisory free, I would gladly put another 12m MOT for the full asking price.

My favorite aspects of this vehicle are its individuality and versatility. Fundamentally, this car is a BMW lovers BMW, with the straight 6 turbo N55 engine being an absolutely bomb proof example of German engineering. Mated with the XF8 gearbox and dynamic chassis, these are the main ingredients to make a very exciting yet refined vehicle.

This cars party trick is its versatility, it is refined and luxurious enough to use as a business vehicle or family car. With quality interior materials and sound deadening to deliver the most quiet and sumptuous ride when in comfort mode. The car reacts perfectly using the Adaptive Drive, the steering becomes lighter, the suspension softer, the exhaust quieter, the engine revs less and the gearbox is silky smooth. There is also a 'comfort +' mode which is like riding on a cloud. It has to be experienced to be believed, whenever I pick family, friends or colleagues up in this car they comment on how comfortable, quiet and smooth it is. There is also a great amount of space in the boot and more than enough in the cabin to make this a great family car. We have easily toured the UK and Scotland with a family of 4's bags, coats and kit with no issues whatsoever.

I mention the cars versatility being its party trick. Well no more so than when you select 'Sport' do you feel the car become a totally different machine. It is a real experience for anyone who enjoys a spirited drive. Upon selecting 'Sport' the engines rev's rise and the gearbox lets you hold gears up to the redline, the steering becomes not only heavier but it switches to a quicker rack, the gearbox becomes sharper between changes, the exhaust note changes and the suspension stiffens. The Adaptive Drive really lets you push the vehicle and as a driver this is a brilliant car for feedback, road feel and experience.

This is a genuine wolf in sheep's clothing, the Adaptive Drive really gives you the feeling of owning two different cars, the best of both worlds!
