LOTUS ELISE 111R 16V TOURING 2004
I purchased the car in April 2023, it appealed to me as the previous owner had carried out some nice maintenance and upgrades that benefited the car which I have listed below.
I am selling as I just do not use it enough, its a little bit too hardcore for my driving preference and i dont do track days.
Work carried out by previous owner:
Nitron street series suspension.
Eliseparts lightweight brake discs x 4.
EBC Yellowstuff pads.
Goodridge stainless braided brake hoses.
Eliseparts full stainless exhaust system (Manifold, Sports cat and silencer)
ITG Maxogen intake kit.
Cam changeover point lowered.
Momo suede steering wheel (original available)
Upgraded radiator and cooling fans.
Front clam repainted whilst off for the above work.
Air conditioning removal (in its entirety as far as I am aware) due to pipe problems.
Gearbox oil changed.
New handbrake cable.
New lambda sensor.
New steering rack gaiters.
A well looked after car, it has some service history in the original owners book but it is not complete, I have no reason to believe it has ever been neglected and was sold by Jon seal sportscars to the previous owner, it can still be found on his website but I cannot remember which page number sorry.
I have a box file full of receipts for parts and maintenance etc.
I have completed 2 oil and filter changes myself, replaced the spark plugs, changed the brake fluid and replaced all 4 tyres with Yokohama V105s.
I have also had a 4 wheel alignment check carried out.
Paintwork is in excellent condition but some areas do show signs of wear, particularly the lower side skirts which have some road rash and a small crack to the top under the door.
The front splitter as shown in the photos has also been removed as it was catching on certain road areas and I did not want the front clam being damaged.
Wants for nothing really so can just be driven and enjoyed.
Starts stops and goes as it should, test drives possible but with full proof of insurance but personally id rather drive!
A previous owner has bypassed the immobiliser which is a common fault, the alarm and locking still works as it should though. I can look into rectifying this for you but personally it has never bothered me.
