Saab 900 Aero. 2000cc 16v. Non turbo. Being the Aero model this car has the looks of the turbo but without the purchase cost or insurance. Great looking car used for shows.
1993/ L. 5 previous owners.
Mechanically the car has a manual 5 speed gearbox and a 2000cc 16v engine. Whilst not fast it will happily keep up with modern traffic. No issues with over heating. Gearbox is good. Engine has been serviced every 12k miles and from the invoices it hasnt had any major issues over its 204k miles. Starts first time with no smoke.
Last serviced in 2022 and prior to that 2020 at 12k mile intervals. New battery in 2022.. £600 of welding carried out in 2024 and another £400 of welding in 2022.
Stacks of invoices and old MOT's back to 2008.
The paintwork is original but still very bright. Bodywork is incredibly straight with no carpark dents or scratches. Front wings have rust patches where they all go. There is also surface rust to a small part of the tailgate. The rest of the bodywork is amazingly rust free, including door bottoms, cills, inner wings, windscreen scuttle.
Electric sunroof, electric windows, power steering. Sorry, no radio.
New headlining. Interior is excellent condition with very little wear to the drivers seat.
