1983 Kawasaki KL250 C1 in green. Mild restoration of a surviving example. New loom and ignition barrel, originals are included with the sale. All fixings have been replaced with new nuts and bolts. Original plastic bodywork. Renthal handlebars. CDi unit has been reworked and the bike starts and goes well. New carburettor kit fitted including new jets and ancillaries. Has had an aftermarket end can fitted as the one shown was leaking. K&N pod air filter fitted. Both the original exhaust end can and the original air box and filter are included in the sale. A nice 4 stroke trail bike that will increase in rarity and value. The C model was only made for one year, 1983 so not many around. Nice example but need to slim down my collection. Very well looked after and a great example. It can have historic status applied for as it is the correct age now, MOT and tax exemption will apply. Brakes are all serviced and the bike has been built to last. I have carried out a sympathetic restoration, it does not resemble a brand new bike. I have left the age related marks on the tank which give it a heap of character. The seat is the original one which is in near perfect condition. There were no indicators fitted to the bike when I got it, probably pinged off during an off road session.
