Description
This is a very original, low-mileage RV8 in excellent condition. VIN 1527 (of less than 2000 manufactured), the car was exported new to Japan in 1995 and re-imported into the UK just four years later. The purchase invoice from the first UK owner indicates 11, 000 km (6, 835 miles) when it was re-imported, so the mileage showing on the odometer (10761 miles) is what the car has covered since re-import. Since then, there have been two owners and me. The first UK owner had the car for 12 years -- from 1998 to 2010 -- and the second owner for 11 years -- till 2021, when I bought the car. It has a full service history, original manuals and has always been garaged. It had its last full service in January 2023 and its most recent MOT in March 2024 (so good till March 2025). The last owner removed the air conditioning to make more room in the passenger-side footwell, but the car comes with a complete "box of bits", that includes the air conditioning unit and much more. The car also comes with all its original accessories, including spare wheel and toolkit. The hood is in excellent condition. This is my second RV8 and a reluctant sale, but I've run out of garage space and need to find a quick buyer. Hence the very attractive price!
