FORD GPW 1945 in very good condition trimmed as when it left the factory. I have owned this jeep for over 50 years and I have rebuilt it 3 times during this period in order to improve it mechanically and to use original "F" marked parts. It has the original Data Plates and the correct hood number of 20743445. The Jeep was assembled in the morning of July 5 1945 at the Dallas Tx assembly plant and shipped in a crate. I do not know the destination, I suspect it could be to an air field In England has it had blue paint on it when I got it ? Being built in July this was the last month of production for Ford Jeeps and has many late mods, deep mud exhaust, no fuel filter, pressed steel tow hitch and vacuum wipers etc
