Serviced from miles usually , ie not always precisely annually.
Bought privately in UK - London area
Was registered overseas declared manufactured 1993
Kept in sealed garage all time not in use.
Reason for ( reluctant )sale- I need the money
Spent over £11, 000 a few years ago -replaced driver seat leather, changed cam chain, most rubber/ seals , wheel rims done, paint job -
there are a couple of stone chips on bonnet now though , not withstanding its a beauty .
The price includes:-
- the original blaupunkt sound system ( boxed ) - was replaced with a new system with pop out screen and large range of modern features which decided to stop popping out v recently.
- the original multi CD player ( removed from the boot )
- a spare wheel ( full size not the one in the front bay) and new tyre
- various bits which have been replacedI have used it regularly when in the country - shopping , whatever . Its been on the Isle of Wight since I bought it and I've only driven it on the mainland motorways a few dozen times in the 24 years I have owned it.
I am abroad a lot , sometimes for long periods . Each time I come back it starts within a few seconds . I just returned from 6 months in the Amazon having forgotten to disconnect the new battery when I left , it charged up and started first time almost immediately .
Its been kept in a sealed garage ( part of my house ) the whole time when not being driven .
