This is my 1947 Bentley mark 6. Its has a full family history from new in all private and business use and looked after by well known specialists from new. A massive history file with invoices and photographs from new!
Far too much to list here but the short version is that it has been used and registered here in the UK and Ireland with the same transferable number plate from new, a matching numbers car.
It is here in Bristol with a new style V5c logbook and old tax discs.
I doubt you will find a better history file listing services and works done throughout it's life.
Originally the car left the factory as a black car but it had a glass out bare metal respray about 40 years ago and is still as good as it was then with perfect reflections and glass like paintwork, hand painted coach lines.
Following a short period of storage it has received a complete brake overhaul, new valve seats and a carb rebuild with a full service to include the cooling system and all fluids.
Due to a small leak on the passengers side windscreen a new screen has just been fitted with new rubbers all around the car.
A new battery has been fitted to ensure it starts first time as always. Tool tray and large tools in the boot all the keys lock including the factory fitted bonnet locks. Period fitted radio.
The arches are clean and rust free as is the whole car. It has a twin padded fitted car cover for winter inside storage from new.
No part exchanges no canvassers only for sale due to failing health issues, try and find one as good as this even spending more than another £10, 000 on one. I doubt you will find another as solid and honest as this one. Delivery possible so please as for an 'at cost' to your door. Thanks for looking regards James
