Up for grabs is this absolutely stunning Golf Gti Mk1. She’s has been looked after extremely well and is in lovely condition (always garaged). The red paint is absolutely gleaming and has a real deep shine, all the panels and lines are completely straight, as is the underside with no signs of ever being welded. The seats have been re-trimmed in black leather with red piping and are in excellent condition. I have been told this was done almost straight after it came out of the factory from new, it even smells like old leather so I have no reason to doubt this at all. She also has a Webasto sunroof conversion which was fitted professionally years ago and is in perfect working order. She’s done 107, 000 with full service history and a folder full of receipts including all the old mot’s dating back to 1982. The only other modification to the car is some brand new coil overs which were fitted by the last owner. I would personally say this is by far one of the best examples of this iconic hot hatch out there.
