Triumph Spitfire 1500 Overdrive - Tax and MOT free but does come with 11 months MOT with no advisories. The car as can be seen from the pictures is very pretty and has been subject to a full body rebuild which included floors / sills/ valance and a new heritage bonnet / front end - a lot of work has been put into this car and was then given a professional respray in Pimento red to a very good standard- The interior has had new seat covers/ steering wheel with matching red trim and new carpets - The engine has been rebuilt and has been reground / bored plus a new camshaft - The gearbox overdrive works correctly with a flick of the switch on the gear knob . Brakes all in good over and fulll system has been overhauled with new calipers and brake cylinders - copper brake pipes etc. The car also benefits from a mohair hood and hood cover as well as a stainless sports exhaust back box. All 5 wheels have been refurbed and it has 5 new tyres. Photos of the underside included. The car also has a history file dating back many years. Any inspection welcome. This Spitfire is very good looking car and the paintwork / Panel work is excellent - its easy to maintain and gets lots of admiring looks when out and about - The main enemy of these cars is rust - this has had a comprehensive rebuild so not something to worry about
