Description
This is a very special Alfa Romeo GTV6 Autodelta Group A, one of the extremely few made by Autodelta and backed by the factory for the European Touring Car Championship on the 80’s. They were made about 13-15 cars only.
The Alfetta GTV6 Autodelta Group A won 4 titles for the European Touring Car Championship during the period 1982 to 1985.
This car is one of two cars sold from Autodelta to Mauro Nocentini to participate with his team in the 1983 and 1984 European Touring Car Championship. It has won many class wins and a sixth place overall in the 24 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps of 1983.
On the late 80’s the car was sold by Nocentini to a Greek racing driver, who raced it on circuit races and hill climbs.
After a complete service it is working very well and it is ready for many historic races everywhere.
This GTV6 AUTODELTA Group A still retains all the so special parts added by Autodelta, as :

-Special wheel suspension stiffer and stronger.
-Aluminium Alloy light weight front wishbones instead of cast iron.
-Suspension reinforced torsion bars hollow inside.
-New type rollover-bar from steel as the new regulations abolished the old aluminum rollover-bar like the one the car was wearing.
-Autodelta old original adjustable KONI shocks.
-Lightweight Autodelta dashboard.
