1978 Ford Escort Mk2 1600cc crossflow.
WPE and Reynolds tuned fast road engine which hasn't seen 100 miles. Vernier pulley, twin 40 carburettors, 234 camshaft, newly refurbished Ford Escort 4 speed sport manual gearbox, alloy radiator, oil catch tank, ptfe hard braided fuel lines, gaz adjustable rear coilover suspension, 3j limited slip rear differential, quaife halfshafts, cosworth rear brake disc conversion, inertia switch, facet fuel pump with filter king, uprated alternator, sportex exhaust, engine bay strengthening plates and chassis to bulkhead gussets welded in, alloy wheels. Original ghia interior inside.
Minor points. The previous owner stuck the ghia chrome trim stick onto the boot.
Whoever sprayed the car previously in Fiat Purple, must of had a bit of moisture in the gun, as there are two areas with a tiny bit of moisture in the gun and there are tiny bubbles in one or two places - but hardly noticable.
This car will NOT disappoint. Genuine honest reason for a very reluctant sale.
