Description
Beautiful example of the rare early high pipe P11 (not an altered later P11A or Ranger which had low exhaust pipes). Some of the other P11 specific features were the larger 3. 6 gallon fuel tank, solo seat and skimmed hubs. This one was manufactured 16 March 1967 according to the Norton Owners Club letter. Still has the original alloy oil tank which almost all broke when desert racing. Starts first kick, runs very smoothly. Gearbox, clutch, brakes all work superbly. It was exported to the USA in March 1967 and returned to the UK about 10 years ago. Matching engine and frame numbers 121242.
