This 1996 Mercedes-Benz SL 500 has only covered 82000 miles from new and has been very well maintained throughout. The silky V8 being the most desirable of the R129 model line-up. It comes with a very good service history to back up the mileage with the last service having been carried out in July 2023. Also, earlier this year, a new headlining was fitted to the detachable hardtop. Finished in Silver metallic with matching hardtop and grey leather interior, this SL 500 is supplied with a V5 registration document, a new MOT test certificate which expires in July2025, the handbook pack which includes the stamped service book and a file containing invoices from 2020 totalling £5, 500 spent on the car and various old MOT test certificates. I have continue to keep the car in excellent condition. Fabric hood on excellent condition. Heated leather seats also in excellent condition including the small rear seats. There is an expensive Clarion Sat Nav Bluetooth audio system fitted. Spare set of Mercedes Jante alloy wheels included. This is possibly the best colour combination with the most desirable V8 engine, this is a very desirable example of the ever-popular R129 Mercedes-Benz SL and priced well. This is a very well appointed later R129 model which drives like a more modern car than the early version.
